I joined the class SPC1017 late, and by the time I realized people were already in groups and presenting, and I ended up joining group 3 the class when group 2 was presenting. Thankfully, I had a week before presenting so I could do my work and prepare. As I learned through the presentations on intercultural communications, group leadership and problem solving, and communicating in groups, I realized that a lot that goes beyond just theories. The practical advice on effective meetings, leadership roles, and problem-solving strategies are valuable takeaways that I can apply in various aspects of my life.
